Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan’s Resource Room offers patients, caregivers, and health professionals an opportunity to increase their awareness and knowledge. Whether it’s reading through one of 80 books, watching one of 20 videos, or listening to one of 20 audio cassettes, people who use CLF’s Resource Room can learn about topics ranging from humor and healing, caregiving, patient empowerment, grief and loss and much, much, more.
CLF provides Resource Room materials on a mail-out basis via the U.S. Postal Service. Patients and caregivers can simply look through the lists of materials and choose up to two resources at a time. Once they have made their selections, the agency will arrange for them to sign the materials out for up to two weeks. The service is free of charge. CLF will ship the materials and even provide a postage-paid business reply label for their return.
For more information or to receive a list of available materials, contact CLF at 800.825.2536 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
