Child Patient Services

At Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan (CLF), we understand that when your child is diagnosed with a blood cancer, your family’s whole life is turned upside down. We offer a range of support and resources for you and your family, in an effort to make this process much easier and stress free.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

From the time you call to get information or submit an enrollment form, you are connected with one of our highly trained Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs), who will walk you through the services we offer and begin the process of assisting you with your family’s needs. If you would like to download the enrollment form right from our website, please click here.
